Dr Anna Manolopoulos

Orthopaedic Surgeon | MBBS (Hons) FRACS (Orth)

Ms. Manolopoulos, a Melbourne orthopaedic surgeon, completed her undergraduate training at Monash University in 1999 and completed her training in orthopaedic surgery in 2010.

Ms. Manolopoulos is dedicated to providing excellence in care in both public and private hospitals, and is a consultant at the Western Hospital and The Northern Hospital.

Ms Manolopoulos’ interest include Paediatric Orthopaedics, as well as General Orthopaedics. She also is undertaking a Master of Public Health with Flinders University to further her interests in clinical trials and Orthopaedic Research. Her other interests include the role of IT in surgery and Orthopaedic Outreach work in the Third World.

Her previous research has centred around computer assisted physiotherapy for children.

Ms Manolopoulos is an assistant editor of the Orthofracs website (for training future Orthopaedic surgeons), and has a keen interest in educating future doctors and sugeons. She has previously written and edited handbooks for junior medical staff commencing Orthopaedic rotations, and is a Melbourne University tutor for Medical Students at The Northern Hospital.

Ms Manolopoulos is committed to providing excellence in care and communication to her patients and their doctors.
