Sports & Musculoskeletal Physiotherapist
Mr. Takla was born in Alexandria and educated in Melbourne were he completed his physiotherapy training at The University of Melbourne in 1997.
After completing 12 months of clinical practice, successful entry was gained into the University of Melbourne Masters of Physiotherapy (Manipulative Therapy) program. The clinical masters program focused on advanced clinical reasoning, problem based learning and manipulative techniques.
In 2007, he gained successful recognition as a sports physiotherapist by the Australian Physiotherapy Association. Regularly invited speaker to local and international meetings on the physiotherapy following hip arthroscopy and management of hip disorders.

Over the past 5 years, Amir has developed rehabilitation protocols for the assessment and treatment for Femoroacetabular Impingement (FAI) and is currently involved in post-graduate research at The University of Melbourne and Bond University.
